이용약관 (Terms of Service)

건마야 서비스를 이용하시기 전에 아래 이용약관을 주의 깊게 읽어보시기 바랍니다. 서비스를 이용함으로써 아래 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using the GunMaya service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the service.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

GunMaya has a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content of any kind.
You may not post, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive.
You may not post content that promotes violence, self-harm, discrimination, or illegal activities.
You may not post spam, scams, fraudulent information, or misleading content.
Any content that violates these terms will be removed immediately, and the responsible user's account will be suspended or permanently banned without notice.

GunMaya has a strict zero-tolerance policy for abusive behavior toward other users.
You may not bully, harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate any other user.
You may not use the service to send unsolicited messages, solicit personal information from minors, or engage in any form of predatory behavior.
Accounts found to be engaging in abusive behavior will be suspended or permanently banned. The developer will be notified immediately of all blocking and abuse reports.

GunMaya provides users with tools to report objectionable content and block abusive users.
All content reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours.
When a report is substantiated, the offending content will be removed and the responsible user may be permanently banned from the service.
Repeated or serious violations result in immediate and permanent account termination.

You may block any user to prevent their content from appearing in your feed and to prevent them from interacting with you.
When you block a user, their content is removed from your feed immediately.
The developer team is notified whenever a user is blocked so that the situation can be reviewed and action can be taken if appropriate.

You are solely responsible for all content you post through the service.
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
You agree not to attempt to circumvent any content filtering, moderation, or security measures of the service.
You agree to report any objectionable content or abusive behavior you encounter using the in-app reporting tools.

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant GunMaya a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content through the service.
You may not post content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
GunMaya reserves all rights to its own intellectual property including the app name, logo, and platform design.

GunMaya reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service.
You may request deletion of your account at any time through the account settings.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Content you have posted may be retained or removed at GunMaya's discretion.

The service is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
GunMaya is not liable for any user-generated content posted on the platform.
GunMaya's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Korea.
